Mesa Verde RV Resort is an age-qualified RV resort in Arizona conveniently located near shopping, dining, and fun-filled activities. Mexico, Lake Martinez, the Colorado River, a local swap meet and historic downtown Yuma are a short drive away. At Mesa Verde, our RV resort in the sunny Arizona desert provides plenty to do for those maintaining an active lifestyle.
When you're ready to venture outside of Yuma, the cities of San Diego, Laughlin and Phoenix are all less than three hours away by car. Closer to the RV resort in Arizona are two casinos with excellent gaming, dining and activities. Mesa Verde RV Resort is a no-pet resort on a quiet street with an abundance of very friendly guests and staff.

- Pets are not allowed.
- Rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.

Reservation & Payment Policies
- Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of $250. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
- Rates based on 4 people (2 adults/2 children).
- Prices and site type are subject to availability.
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
Cancellation Policies
- In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
- No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
- RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
- Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
- Daily and weekly reservations: for cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.
