When you complete and submit an entry form, you will be entered into a drawing for your choice of one of the following prizes: (i) a 4-consecutive day (3 night) stay on an RV site at Sunshine Key RV Resort in the Florida Keys (valued at $516); (ii) a 4-consecutive day (3 night) stay in a tiny house at Leavenworth, WA (valued at $680); or (iii) a 4-consecutive day (3 night) stay in a yurt at Yosemite Lakes, CA (valued at $1051).

The drawing will take place at the booth on Monday, April 26th, 2021 at approximately 5:00 pm (EDT). You do not need to be present to win. The winner will be notified by email. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries but are not expected to exceed 1:2,500. There is no obligation to purchase.

Each winner is responsible for federal and state taxes on the prize. The drawing is limited to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Due to legal restrictions, residents of AZ, FL and NV are not eligible to participate in this promotion. In addition, employees of MHC Property Management, L.P. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Limit one entry per person. For the name, city and state of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

The complimentary stay is subject to availability and reservations are required. Stay must be completed by May 1st, 2022. Travel to and from the property and other expenses of the trip, such as food and personal items, are not included. The stay must be one consecutive period of time and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited. The stay cannot be applied to an existing reservation. Holidays and special events are excluded.
