Book with confidence with our flexible cancellation policy
You can book your stay with confidence, knowing we’ll be flexible if your plans change. For arrival dates through December 31, 2020, we’ve updated our policy to allow full refunds for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations. Please refer to the specific property deposit cancellation policy for arrival dates after December 31, 2020.

Use online check in for convenient, expedited arrival
We’re now offering online check in for your convenience. You’ll receive an email within seven days of your arrival, and if you complete the online check in process, you can skip the line when you arrive at the property and proceed directly to your site. Some exceptions may apply.

Cleanliness is always a top priority as part of our resort and campground operations. To ensure we are providing exceptional service to our guests, our common areas are being cleaned on regular schedules according to a protocol developed by an industry-leading third-party industrial hygienist. Our team members have also received additional training and information regarding cleaning procedures and safety.

At some locations, certain amenities may still be closed as we continue to work through phased reopenings based on local restrictions or recommendations. If there are specific amenities that are important to you, you may want to call ahead to the property to verify its availability during your stay. We are adapting the recreation options at our resorts and campgrounds to allow guests to observe social distancing while still having fun.
