You can book your stay with confidence, knowing we’ll be flexible if your plans change. For arrival dates through May 27, 2021, we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations. For long-term reservations (30 days or longer) with arrival dates through May 27, 2021 we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date, except for Sunshine Key, Fiesta Key and Royal Coachman RV resorts in Florida. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival (48 hours), the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay. Please contact the resort directly to notify them of a cancellation request.

We’re now offering online check-in for your convenience. You’ll receive an email within seven days of your arrival. If you complete the online check-in process, you can skip the line when you arrive at the property and proceed directly to your site. Some exceptions may apply.

We’re focused on cleanliness for your well-being
Cleanliness is always a top priority as part of our resort and campground operations. To ensure we are providing exceptional service to our guests, our common areas are being cleaned on regular schedules according to a protocol developed by an industry-leading third-party industrial hygienist. Our team members have also received additional training and information regarding cleaning procedures and safety.

At some locations, certain amenities may still be closed as we continue to work through phased reopenings based on local restrictions or recommendations. If there are specific amenities that are important to you, you may want to call ahead to the property to verify its availability during your stay. We are adapting the recreation options at our resorts and campgrounds to allow guests to observe social distancing while still having fun.
