Cancellations
made within 45
days(s) of check-in date are
subject to a penalty of $25.
(For Cancellation and change purposes,
check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which
you are scheduled to check in.) |

In the case of multiple Sites
booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Site that is cancelled
or changed. |

No prices or Site type availability is
guaranteed until 1st nights Site and tax deposit has been received. |

If you cancel your reservation 45 days or longer (from the date of your arrival) we will refund your money minus a $25.00 administrative fee OR you may have a full amount rain check, good for one year from the date of your arrival.
If you cancel your reservation 8 to 44 days, from the date of your arrival, you will receive a full amount rain check, good for one year from the date of your arrival.
If you cancel your reservation 7 days or less, from the date of your arrival, there is no refund or raincheck.
