General Policies:

• Check In Time: 1:00 PM
• Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old
• Guests aged 17 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
• Pets are allowed.

The rates displayed Do Not include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals .

Reservation & Payment Policies:

• Your Credit Card will be charged $100 prior to arrival.
• Cancellations can be made online, from your itinerary, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.
• To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (207)288-8106 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
• Cancellations made within 365 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of $50. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
• In the case of multiple Sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Site that is cancelled or changed.
• Prices and Site type availability are subject to availability.
• Early check out: No refunds will be issued for early check out.

RV Deposit Policy:

Stays of 1 to 29 days: Paid in Full up to $100
Monthly Reservations: $250 Deposit
Seasonal Reservations $500 Deposit

It will take up to 48 hours for the property to receive your reservation information and complete the processing of your Rentals:
RV Trailer: $200
refundable damage deposit required at check-in: $250

Cancellation:
We'll refund your deposit less a $50 service fee if you cancel your site reservation.

We'll refund your deposit less a $100 service charge if you cancel a cabin, cottage, or resort cottage rental at least 30 days before your intended arrival date.

If you want to reserve an RV site for a holiday, we require a three or four night minimum stay. For a tent site over a holiday, we require a two or three night minimum stay.
