subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Site and Tax Charges.

you are scheduled to check in.) |

In the case of multiple Sites
booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Site that is cancelled
or changed. |

No prices or Site type availability is
guaranteed until 1st nights Site and tax deposit has been received. |

Helpful Information:
Extended Stay Reservations Policy:
Monthly and Seasonal
Utility fees will be assessed in accordance with current metering and fee collection standards. A cancellation policy of 60 days prior to arrival or before September 1st, 2010 applies to any monthly or seasonal reservation. Less than 60 days there is no refund. Your deposit will be held for a future stay to be used within one year or the following season.
Dog Rules
1. No dogs allowed around resort buildings.
2. Dogs may be walked in desginated areas on a leash.
3. Dog must be kept on a leash; no be more than 8 feet.
4. Dogs may be carried on bikes, in arms or in cars.
5. Owners are required to immediately clean up pet dropping.
6. Drainage basins and cactus plants are not safe areas for pets.
7. Dogs are not allowed to urinate on or near any plants.
8. Dogs must be kept inside your RV if you are gone.
9. Vicious dogs will not be tolerated. Max 2 dogs per site.
Dobermans, Pit Bulls or Rottweilers are not allowed.
Immediate eviction will follow any dog bite or attack.
10. You will be held liable for any property damage caused by your dog.
Pet owners with 3 violations will have their tenancy terminated by Fiesta Grande.
These rules were established in conjunction with pet owners of Fiesta Grande RV Resort. With everyone's cooperation, all two and four footed creatures can live peacefully together.
For Monthly Reservations you must call for pet site availabilty.
